Note: If the office is closed due to weather then IPeople requests employees do not attempt to drive to work. An official office closed day will not count against a personal or vacation day.
If the office is open and you determine the roads or other factors in your area are not safe then do not come into the office. You can use the day as a personal day.
If the office is closed there may be some employees in the office because of their safe location. Even though its not recommended, if an employee does work in the office on a closed day then they will receive an additional personal day or vaction day. In addition, if you've received prior permission to work from home on a official IPeople closed day and you do work then you will receive an additional personal or vacation day.
