To create a fixed-width data extraction where each field is set to a defined width, utilize the RL footnote.
Things to consider when using RL footnote:
w RL footnote is used when a record must be longer than 200 characters/line
w RL can be used with the NL line attribute since the report picture is still limited to 200 characters across
w Suppress form feeds and page headers
w Set BANNEER prompt to NONE
w Set PAGE header to N
w Set Lines/Page = Page Size
w Set SFF, PFF, and EFF to NO
w Set record length footnote to desired length
w Define NL line attribute to suppress carriage/return linefeed for record lengths > 200
