User AccountControl Settings:

The UAC settings are new forWindows 7 and Windows 2008 Servers. These allow for additional securitysettings to be in place when the computer is in use. If these settings are onthen the OS wants user interaction before things can be properly launched whichcan effect IPeople Script working properly. Also, these restrict access toinformation regarding user permissions. As a result, the settings for thisshould be set to Never Notify. Upon changing the setting the machine will needto be rebooted. In order to get to these settings, go to the following options:

Control Panel->System and Security->ChangeUser Account Control Settings
